Over the next 21 days, you’ll not only feed your spirit with God’s Word, but also crucify the flesh through daily fasting and intentional disconnection from distractions.


🙏 FASTING DETAILS

📍 Daily Partial Fast:You are invited to fast daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the next 21 days. This may include abstaining from food completely, or choosing a limited intake such as fruit, smoothies, or juices (as your health allows).


📍 Sacrifice One Additional Distraction:Choose something that consumes your time or focus—social media, TV, secular music, caffeine, unnecessary shopping, etc.—and lay it down.This is your altar. Your offering.


📝 Tips for the 21-Day Fast:

  • Start each day with prayer and Scripture.

  • Keep a journal nearby to document what God reveals.

  • Drink plenty of water and rest as needed.

  • Replace distractions with intentional time with God.


Reminder: This is not about rules. It’s about relationship. Listen to the Holy Spirit daily as you walk this out.
