Fasting isn’t just physical—it’s a heart posture. And your words are the overflow of that posture. If you’ve been negative, discouraged, or speaking doubt, today is your reset.

Declare the promises of God. Speak blessing over your body, your thoughts, your relationships, your year. Your words can build altars or barriers. Choose life.

Prayer:Lord, forgive me for speaking doubt or defeat. Teach me to declare Your Word boldly. Let my words line up with heaven. Amen.
