📖 Day 7: Rest Is a Weapon

Scripture:“In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength.” – Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)

Devotional:The world says hustle. God says rest.

One week into this fast, you may feel tired physically—but don’t confuse that with spiritual weakness. God often speaks loudest in the quiet. He works most powerfully when we slow down.

Rest is not inactivity—it’s intentional stillness. Make space to hear, to heal, and to simply be with Him.

Prayer:God, I choose rest. Not laziness, but divine stillness. Help me stop striving and start receiving. I trust You to refresh me as I wait on You. Amen.

Reflection/Action:Schedule 30 minutes today for uninterrupted rest with God—no screens, no noise, just stillness.
