📖 Day 8: Worship Before the Wonder
Scripture:“They saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.” – Matthew 2:11 (NIV)
Devotional:The wise men didn’t worship because of what Jesus had done. They worshiped simply because of who He was.
Before the miracles…Before the teachings…Before the cross…
They saw a child—and they bowed.
That’s the kind of worship God still honors. Not based on blessings received, but a heart that recognizes His worth.
Prayer:Jesus, You are worthy of my worship—whether or not I see what I’m praying for. I bow before You today with gratitude and awe. Amen.
Call to Action:Take 10 quiet minutes today to worship God without asking for anything.
