📖 Day 6: Glory in the Ordinary
Scripture:“And she gave birth to her firstborn, a son… and laid him in a manger, because there was no guest room available.” – Luke 2:7 (NIV)
Devotional:No palace. No red carpet. No royal welcome.
The King of Kings was born in a barn. His first crib was a feeding trough. And yet, glory filled that place.
Sometimes, we think God only moves in grand gestures. But He delights in the ordinary moments of obedience, surrender, and love.
The miraculous can be messy. But when God shows up, even the humble becomes holy.
Prayer:Jesus, thank You for reminding me that You show up in the simple. Help me recognize Your glory in my ordinary, everyday life. Amen.
Call to Action:Pause and notice one “mundane” area of your life where God might be moving quietly.
