📖 Day 9: No Longer a Slave

Scripture:“So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.” – Galatians 4:7 (NIV)

Devotional:Slaves obey out of fear. Sons and daughters respond out of love. You are no longer a slave to sin, fear, addiction, or legalism. You’re a child of God with access to His promises and power.

Freedom in Christ means you don’t serve God trying to earn His love—you serve Him because you already have it. You’ve been adopted into a royal family. Walk like it. Think like it. Worship like it.

Prayer:Father, thank You that I am no longer a slave—I am Your child. Help me live from a place of identity, not insecurity. Let me reflect the freedom You’ve given me. Amen.

Call to Action:Speak this aloud today: “I am not a slave. I am a child of God.”
